We want you to love your shirt. Here is exactly what we cover.

Free Size Exchanges (30 Days)

Ordered the wrong size? We will exchange it for free within 30 days of delivery. Email support@debugtees.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you the new size at no extra cost.

Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Other Returns

Every shirt is printed to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Sizing issues are covered by our free size exchange above.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
